There is no doubt that the invention of computer is revolutionary.
While at the mean time, it also brings some problems to people, at least to me.
1. It wastes time, which is valuable. The computers are invented and designed to make life easier. While it seems that our life is not that good with computers. It calculates scientific questions much faster than human beings, but as a matter of fact, I don't have that much equations to solve everyday. Generally, it will take me less that 5 minutes to solve a math problem by computer, but it might take me an hour after that to deal with some messages on Facebook, Gmail, Youtube... ...
2. It changes the way I learn. It is hard for me to think before a computer while I am reading. All kinds of links, ads, pictures are misguiding you to irrelevant pages. It is hard to follow my heart and dip deeply into one point. I read much more webpages, electronic articles than reading books. But I learn much less form internet than that from books. It seems that the information online is huge, but the valuable knowledge is really few. People rely on Google so much that they are losing the ability of memorizing, which is the most important ability of learning.
3. It changes the way I live. If I live in a world without computer, I will definitely spend more time on reading books, writing words, articles on paper, chatting with friends and family more by phone. I will care more about my health, stay out of the office more and enjoy the sunshine.
The computer is a double edge sword, it is not easy to handle.

Why I am so upset
Two reasons: Career achievement and Communication.
1. I felt uncomfortable with the US educational system, temporarily. I felt like living in the old dream, living in the past. I don't have the courage to face the reality, what is worse, I did not even realize that, I don't even know what is the REALITY.
2. The basic instinct. If you are burned by a hot pan, you will never touch it again like that. If you get hurt during communication, you will try to avoid being hurt again in a similar circumstance. This is called basic instinct of people. You won't get burned again by not touching hot pan any more, but you will get hurt again if you refuse to improve your communication skill. The basic instinct is there, whether you like it or not, it is there to prevent you get hurt, physically and psychologically. However, you have to overcome it some time, because the wound can make you stronger.

What I am doing
I have been reading some books recently, as follows:
To be friends with time;
How to get control of your your time and your life;
How to read a book;
目送;
Some ideas have changed my daily life dramatically, so far.
I am also listening music by Beatles and Michael Jackson, and learning swimming.
- The brain belongs to you, not the brain.
